Curs de desert: Deserturi Decadente

Fără nici o altă prezentare, un atelier care se întinde precum crema caramel, pe durata a 3 ore parcă prea scurte. Învață 6 deserturi decadente: 

  • Cookies cu Nuci si Chipsuri de Ciocolata (Walnut chocolate chip cookies)
  • Chifle dulci cu nuci pecan si caramel cu Bourbon (Bourbon spiked pecan sticky buns)
  • Tarta cu Mousse de Ciocolată (Chocolate Mousse Pie)
  • Tartă cu Lămâie, Iaurt și Miere (lemon, yogurt & honey tart)
  • Pavlova
  • Chocolate Fudge

Cooking class: Tapas & Wine Society

In nordul Spaniei, tapas sunt numite pinchos. Si asta pentru ca micile gustari sunt împunse pe o scobitoare (pincho). Scobitorile sunt folosite și la evidența notei de plată (un picho = 1 sau 2 euro). Sunt multe legende despre provenienta acestor mici gustări (tapas), însă ce este important azi - tapas-urile, adesea asociate unei băuturi, sunt prilej de conversație, deci un fel de party-starter. Îți va fi util să înveți câteva rețete excelente pentru următoarele tale petreceri acasă cât și asocierea potrivită de vinuri. 

  • Creveți, sos Bloody Mary
  • Calamari, sos Aioli
  • Brânză de Capra caramelizata cu Capșuni și Măsline
  • Smochine cu Brânză
  • Ton Tataki
  • Pui Satay
  • Rulou Somon afumat, Castraveti, Ceapă verde
  • Pulpă de Rață confiată cu Prune uscate și Susan

Express cooking: Tapas + Beer pairing

*** Cursul Express = scurt, fun, concentrat pe un anume subiect, predat în 1h.30minute. Spre deosebire de cursurile obisnuite de 3 ore, un curs express urmărește un singur subiect și este perfect pentru deconectarea ‘after-work’.

The team who cooks together, works better together!
This is what a team of managers from Microsoft Global Business Support discovered after a hard day of meetings, when we joined Daniel, Razvan and Raluca for an evening of gourmet cooking and wine tasting @ Madame Pogany. The challenges this time were not about our key performance indicators, but different: why make linear grissini when you can make pretzels, what to do with a bottle of palinca when for dessert you only need a small cup, how to make your own ravioli after tasking 3 types of delicious Romanian wine and who moved the pancetta? We were so proud of our cooking and most of all of our team work, it was difficult to leave the event! So while the buses were waiting patiently, we stopped in front of the restaurant and continued talking, laughing, praising each other and having a great time! We brought that energy back in the office, so Thank You, Societe Gourmet, for helping us become a stronger team!

When we arrived, the first thing everyone said was ´wow´. The venue had such a nice atmosphere, the interior, the music, the welcoming staff…we felt comfortably and relaxed right away.
