Entremets & Petits Gâteaux with Madina Zhumadilova

Discover the fascination behind French entremets, the small but sublime creations that have you wanting and leave you ..well, happy. The foodie and amateur home pastry cook in you will rejoice in this class as you have the opportunity to upgrade your home skills with professional touches. This is your hands-on initiation in mousse cakes that will include the basic theoretical knowledge (as taught in French schools) that is absolutely needed for everything you want to do in the future.

Madina's class in interactive, so you will have the opportunity to get involved. Some of the parts covered:

  • Cake base
  • Insertions * highlight on mousse
  • Glazing (mirror, velvet)

She started her pastry career in 2012 after quitting Diplomatic job and pursuing her Pastry diploma. Since then Madina has founded a catering business in Kazakhstan and taught numerous Pastry Art Master-classes in Russia, Kazakhstan, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Germany and USA. Her main areas of teaching are Modern French Mousse Desserts and Classic Russian Cakes. She assisted renowned Pastry Chefs: Antonio Bachour, Amaury Guichon, Nina Tarasova, Richard Hawke, Ksenia Penkina during their classes in Romania.

With some wonderful Christmas-inspired desserts and baked goods on the menu, this class for kids & parents together is a special one.
