Introduction

Our classes are designed to benefit all cooking enthusiasts, either beginners or more advanced in their passion. Held by professional chefs, all classes are a thoughtful mix of fundamental skills, classic techniques and contemporary interpretations. Our mission is to use the unique experience of every guest chef for giving you the skills and confidence to make good food in your home kitchen.

Where, when and how long

Classes open for individual reservations are usually held during weekends in our fully equipped house or summer kitchen (9 Marcel Iancu Street, Bucharest).  One class takes about 4hrs.30min. to complete (including the meal) a three course menu. Please keep in mind, the class is not a demo!

The maximum number of participants for one regular class is 12 people.

What do i learn, menus and ingredients

Each class has a different theme, always-changing menus, put together thoughtfully so that you, either complete beginner or more advanced, can have a delicious experience that can be reproduced at home.

You will learn classic and modern techniques, tips and tricks from the professional kitchen. Knife skills, soups, sauces and desserts are common elements for almost every class. All menus are seasonal, we use only high quality ingredients and as much as possible, local, seasonal products.

Enjoy the meal, bring a guest

After work in the kitchen is done, everyone is invited to savour the freshly cooked menu, together with a wine pairing (excellent Romanian wines). Every participant can choose to bring a non-cooking guest that will clap, cheer, take a selfie and join in for the meal.
